Returns

Due to the nature of our herbal hair oil products, we do not accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery for hygiene and safety reasons.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide:

Products must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging where applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your request, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong or a damaged product).

Replacements

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items
